Mind Care

Sat-Chit-Anand : Truth-Consciousness-Bliss

Meditation and mind talk – A journey to the soul.

While modern medicine has just recently started to explore the significance of the mind-body connection, the ancient science of Ayurveda has based its approach to wellness on this concept for thousands of years.

Ayurveda defines health holistically -a balance of energy principles and a blissful state of spirit, sense organs, and mind. Also, it acknowledges the mind-body-spirit connection. The ancient teachings of Ayurveda and meditation have proved their timeless quality and relevance even in our modern world.

Meditation goes to the root of our consciousness and prana, connecting us to our higher self.

Meditation is a respite from the chaos that often controls our lives. Focus on the breath allows all distractions and nagging thoughts to leave our minds and brings an individual’s mind back into balance.

LET’S GO BEYOND THE MIND TO SELF-AWARENESS.

Nutrition and Gut Care

Have you ever had a gut feeling about something? Have you ever noticed that when you are stressed, anxious you start feeling nervousness and butterflies fluttering in your stomach or gut? It’s the gut where all intuition comes from. 75% of serotonin which is the happiness hormone, is released in the gut, not in the brain or the heart. Because a body and mind has a one is to one relationship, that’s why the gut is called the “Second Brain”.
